Have you heard in the news, the new petrol RON95 will be selling at RM 1.80 from previous price of RM 1.75. RON97 (the existing fuel) is now considered PREMIUM fuel and sells at RM 2.05.
My point is people will select RON95 regardless what others say, simply because of the price.
Good news is the gas price for NGV user is still the same. Petrol price had been increased drastically, then decreased gradually and the gas price is still the same. I'm really glad that I'm NGV user.
